Details:

• Up to 2,200 Square Feet can be washed at a time.
• Up to 6,600 SF per day!
• Up to 5,400 SF Drying System.

How we do it:

• You provide the tents and a complete list of items you need washed.
• We affix numerical tags to each piece of vinyl, which can be cut-off by you after the vinyl is returned.
• Each tent section is inspected by our team.
• All ropes are wire tied into place to avoid tangles.
• Tents are loaded into the washer with specially formulated non-abrasive detergent that is safe for vinyl and avoids damaged fibers on webbing and keder.
• Temperature controlled wash settings are used to ensure a clean fabric and all parts are cleaned, even between the folds.
• Upon completion, tents are removed and hung with a block and tackle pulley system and rinsed again to remove any residue.
• Tents are left to dry thoroughly so there is no mildew build up. (We can also apply a mildew preventer.)
• Folding commences and tents are placed back into their storage bags.
• Pick up and delivery service is available.

In addition to washing we can also do minor repairs (replace keder, zippers, etc) and patch pin holes.
