Everything Entertainment executed a complex, logistically intensive 50x90 frame tent installation outside the NYU Stern School of Business in Greenwich Village. Overcoming tight urban access constraints, our team hand-carried all structural components onto a sensitive floating tile plaza to create a custom, weather-protected event space in the heart of the Manhattan campus.

• Alternating Clear & Opaque Canopy Panels: Engineered a custom roof design featuring alternating clear and solid white vinyl panels to strike a balance between natural daylighting and shade.

• Sensitive Floating Tile Subflooring: Built a temporary carpeted subfloor platform directly over the plaza’s floating tile system, distributing weight evenly to eliminate structural stress and preserve the delicate paving underneath.

• Hand-Load Logistics & Plaza Ballasting: Managed a strict hand-carry loading process through narrow urban pathways, securing the entire structure using fabric-covered concrete block ballasts to avoid subterranean anchoring.
